GetOurSEO provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, web development and analytics. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in individual proposals and statements of work agreed with each client.
02Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, approvals, content and information reasonably required to deliver services, and to ensure they hold rights to all materials supplied to us.
03Payment Terms
Monthly retainers are billed in advance. One-time projects are typically billed 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Late payments may pause active work after reasonable notice.
04No Guaranteed Rankings
Search engines and ad platforms are third-party systems outside our control. While we commit to best-practice, guideline-compliant work and transparent reporting, we do not guarantee specific rankings, positions or platform outcomes.
05Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own deliverables created specifically for them. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, methodologies and generic know-how, and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
06Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
